Visa Application & Invitation Letter

For general visa information and to check if you need a visa, please use the official Australian Department of Home Affairs Visa Finder website.

Once your extended abstract has been accepted, you will receive an official acceptance email from the conference, which can be used to support your visa application.

If you require a more customised Conference Invitation Letter in addition to your acceptance email, please complete the form below. Enter all information exactly as it appears in your passport. Invitation letters will be generated and emailed after manual verification of your request. A sample invitation letter template is provided at the bottom of this page for your reference. If you require any assistance or have any questions, please contact the conference team at icceu17@unsw.edu.au. We will be pleased to assist you.

Conference Invitation Letter Request Form

To ensure that visa invitation letters are issued only to genuine conference participants, invitation letters are available only to authors of accepted abstracts. If you do not have an accepted abstract but would still like to attend the conference and require an invitation letter, please contact the conference team at icceu17@unsw.edu.au.

To verify your eligibility, please enter the Paper ID provided in your acceptance email and the surname of the corresponding author, then click Fetch to retrieve your accepted abstract. Once a matching record is found, your abstract title will be filled in automatically and the rest of the visa invitation letter request form will be unlocked for completion.

Fill in your own details below — the letter recipient may be a co-author and does not need to be the corresponding author entered above.

The conference team will manually review the additional information you provide and incorporate the relevant details into your invitation letter.
